Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a Contract Health and Safety Advisor vacancy at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. The advisor will join a team to provide expert safety guidance to the HPC CDM Client and Principal Contractor management teams on site.

You will undertake risk-based inspections, support incident investigations, and promote zero-harm objectives through strong communication and collaboration with contractors and MDT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant HSE experience within large project settings.
• Experience coordinating between contractors on complex operations.
• CDM Regulations knowledge and practical application.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating and improving health and safety practices.
• Influence MDT on pre-construction planning and project evolution.
• Develop risk profiles and direct risk-based inspections.
• Provide assurance that Designers and Principal Contractors comply with CDM Regulations.
• Carry out inspections, incident investigations, and keep records.
• Audit construction activities to ensure compliance with the construction phase plan.
