Job summary

Crown HouseTechnologies(Cht) is seeking a health & safety advisor to join the team on the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will champion a holistic approach to physical and psychological health and safety, addressing unique risk factors in construction.

You would provide local advice and support to assist managers and staff to fulfil safety responsibilities to high standards, acting as a point of contact with enforcement bodies.

Qualifications

• Qualification at level 3 (min).
• Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing.
• Technical knowledge in Safety risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of insights through conversations to identify what works and why it works.
• Establish positive investigations and engage workforce to understand how success is created within the business.
• Ensure discovery feedback is gathered and communicated to directors for Inclusion + Wellbeing leadership.
• Promote innovation and adoption of cutting edge practices to support Inclusion + Wellbeing.
• Produce project Inclusion + Wellbeing strategy aligned with policy deployment H&S strategy.
• Promote learning across projects by cascading business and industry communications.
• Lead projects in setting Inclusion + Wellbeing maturity goals and report progress.
