Job summary

Ledwood Engineering is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the on-site team at Hinkley Point C. You will provide hands-on EHS guidance, engage with management, supervisors and subcontractors, and help ensure zero incidents through proactive risk management.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive safety mindset, and the ability to challenge unsafe practices while offering practical solutions. Based on site, with long-term project potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an HSE advisor in high-risk environments.
• NEBOSH NGC or equivalent required.
• Solid knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent EHS advice at the point of work.
• Identify risks early and verify effective controls.
• Support continual improvement in EHS performance.
