Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Park Village, Sheffield, a Flow Student site within the regional portfolio. You will drive occupancy and revenue, manage income collection and credit control, ensure health and safety compliance, and lead on-site teams including cleaning, maintenance and security.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will deliver outstanding resident experience and maintain high operating standards

Qualifications

• Significant experience in accommodation, property, hospitality or operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Park Village operations to ensure safety, maintenance and presentation to a high standard.
• Drive occupancy and revenue, manage income collection and credit control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
