Job summary

MCR Property Group, via Flow Student, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Park Village in Sheffield. You will manage daily operations, drive occupancy, oversee resident experience and compliance, and lead a site team on a hands-on basis.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the role focuses on delivering excellent service, safety standards, and revenue performance across the site and wider Sheffield portfolio as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in accommodation, property, hospitality or operational management.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and operational best practice.
• Proven experience in debt management and income recovery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Park Village day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, maintenance and presentation to high standards.
• Lead the on-site team across cleaning, maintenance and security functions.
• Audit and review operations to identify improvements and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting across sites where required.
• Drive occupancy and revenue performance throughout the letting cycle.
