Job summary

Packaged Water Solutions is seeking a capable Servicing Engineer to maintain, diagnose and repair packaged water systems at customer sites. This is a practical field role for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, working independently and delivering a professional service.

You will plan and complete servicing visits, diagnose faults, service pumps, valves and UV equipment, and support installation and commissioning. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, pump servicing or field service.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Strong fault-finding skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and complete scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance visits at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, identify root causes and perform repairs.
• Service pumps, valves, filters, UV equipment and related plant systems.
• Prepare clear service reports and communicate follow-up actions.
• Travel to customer sites and work safely following risk assessments.
