Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Site Technician for our London facility. You will support on-site hard services, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance, reporting, and safety standards are met. The role requires practical HVAC/ME expertise and solid communication across stakeholders.

You will manage work orders, document stock usage, and participate in weekly reports while adhering to health and safety practices and CAFM processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in facilities environments.
• HVAC electrical/mechanical knowledge with appropriate qualifications.
• Proactive and able to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Represent hard services on-site and support engineering requirements.
• Ensure service visits by vendors are completed with quality checks.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock records in CAFM system.
