Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Building Operations Coordinator in London to manage hard services and support the Facilities Team on our integrated facility management contract. You will ensure efficient site operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and supervise building technicians to uphold service standards.

The role requires knowledge of statutory maintenance, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for clients assets and contract management.
• Problem solving and decision making are essential.
• Fluency in English required; good communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for site hard services.
• Create and follow up Preventive Maintenance Plan for the client.
• Supervise and attend to unplanned maintenance activity.
• Attend monthly landlord meetings and follow up on planned maintenance.
• Manage and supervise building technicians and site inspections.
• Handle tickets via CMMS within SLA.
• Manage Corrigo CMMS transactions for hard services work orders.
• Coordinate with service partners for maintenance including PPM and reactive work.
• Track spare parts and stock with key service partners.
• Monitor utility usage and report to client.
• Maintain operating manuals and SOPs; ensure safety compliance.
• Contribute to small projects with budget planning and reporting.
