Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team at Regents Wharf in London. The role focuses on delivering planned and reactive maintenance for a commercial environment, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

You will work on-site, applying your electrical engineering expertise across building services, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork to support high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Operate and maintain records using the CAFM system.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Manage subcontractors while on site.
• Respond to reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and management team.
