Job summary

JLL is seeking an Electrical Engineer in London to support uptime and deliver planned maintenance. You will lead critical environment activities and work with BMS/DesOps to implement IoT driven efficiency and sustainability initiatives within a best-in-class facilities management context.

The role emphasizes teamwork, client liaison, and adherence to contractual obligations, while contributing to the ongoing engineering excellence journey at JLL WPM.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent with electrical engineering focus.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering services in critical environments or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Power Distribution (LV/MV/HV) and UPS systems.
• Proven experience with PPM, RM and CAFM systems.
• Proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor and CDM to deliver uptime and meet PPM schedules.
• Plan and execute corrective maintenance and risk management for critical environments.
• Develop, manage and implement energy and sustainability initiatives including WELL/BREEAM alignment.
• Maintain strong client relationships and interface with stakeholders.
• Oversee asset management plans and drive continuous improvement.
