Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join the Newport campus. You will lead the development and implementation of world-class EHS systems, working with regional and local teams to maintain the highest standards for safety, health and environmental protection at both operations and construction sites.

The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and collaboration with operations, facilities and procurement.

Qualifications

• BCSP/NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification required.
• Minimum 5+ years in EHS across multiple sites.
• Solid knowledge of EU-OSHA regulations and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Vantage EHS programs across the Newport campus.
• Conduct periodic EHS audits of operational data centres and construction sites.
• Monitor, report and improve EHS metrics to leadership.
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Deliver regulatory training and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities and construction teams to control risk.
