Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a live site in Watford. You will manage project documentation, maintain accurate filing and distribution, and support the wider site team with reporting.

The ideal candidate has construction site experience, familiarity with DMS such as Aconex or Viewpoint, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to control drawings and RFIs on current projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
• Experience working on a live construction site.
• Knowledge of document management systems (Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite) or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including filing, tracking and distribution.
• Control drawings, technical submissions, RFIs and other construction documents.
• Keep information up to date and compliant with procedures.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and project management.
• Maintain document registers and support project handover documentation.
