Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Site-Based Document Controller to manage and control project documentation on a major BESS/substation construction site. The role is site-based in Monk Fryston, Yorkshire, supporting site managers and engineers with efficient document handling.

Responsibilities include distributing revisions, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining filing/archiving systems. Proficiency with Viewpoint, Aconex or Asite is preferred, with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation on the site.
• Distribute and track latest revisions to site teams and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company, client and regulatory standards.
• Act as main point of contact for document-related queries on site.
• File and archive electronic and hard-copy records accurately.
• Coordinate between office and site teams on document status and revisions.
• Utilise electronic document control platforms and ensure proper version control.
