Job summary

DXC Technology is hiring a Desktop & Infrastructure Support Engineer in Edinburgh. The role focuses on hands-on desktop support while contributing to broader infrastructure initiatives.

You'll work with laptops, desktops, VDI and servers, troubleshooting issues and helping implement project improvements within a secure client environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop support for end users in Edinburgh.
• Triage issues across laptops, desktops, VDI and servers.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and improvements.
