Reboot Monkey in West Drayton is seeking a Data Center Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure on-site. You will perform hardware installations, racking, cabling, and server work, with documentation and coordination to ensure reliability.

The role requires 2+ years in data centers or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills, and server hardware familiarity. On-site duties, on-call rotation, and English communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure.
• Strong cabling skills with Cat5e/6/6a and fiber.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on raised floors.
• On-site role in West Drayton with excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
