Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Chessington, United Kingdom. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining critical server and network infrastructure in a world-class data center environment.

The position is full-time with standard business hours and on-call rotation. A strong focus on cabling, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams is essential, along with 3+ years of data center experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Familiarity with structured cabling (CAT6/6a, fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
