Job summary

Reboot Monkey in London is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at our world-class facilities. This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years in data center operations and hands-on expertise with server, network gear, and structured cabling.

You will work standard hours with on-call rotation, handling deployments, cabling, monitoring, and incidents while documenting assets and collaborating with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Data center certifications preferred.
• Vendor and network certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
