Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a driven Project Manager, Construction to deliver complex data center builds on time and within budget under the guidance of the Director, Construction. You will manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and robust safety practices.

Experience with CSA and MEP construction management is required, with data center experience preferred. Travel and coordination with internal stakeholders are important for successful handovers

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a management role.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management experience required.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost/risk control.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from conception to completion under guidance of the Director, Construction.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and sub-contractors.
• Monitor Health and Safety compliance in build areas.
• Inspect and report defects and snags throughout projects.
• Ensure compliance with Vantage standards and budgets.
• Coordinate with O&M manuals, training, and handover activities.
