Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to lead the hardware sourcing strategy for data center deployments. You will own technology and supplier selection, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure supply resilience in a market with scarce capacity.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance on requirements, roadmaps, and cost optimization, delivering best-in-class commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing or supply chain within data center or high-technology hardware industries.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and translate them into executed results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for designated hardware technologies and infrastructure categories.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations covering pricing, capacity, quality and delivery commitments.
• Draft and manage master supply agreements, SLAs, and amendments with Legal partners.
• Build bottom-up should-cost models and conduct TCO analyses to inform negotiation strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, finance, and legal across a global supply base.
