Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the on-site build of its AI data centers in Texas, responsible for safety, quality, schedule and cost. You will direct GCs, MEP trades, and equipment vendors to ensure data halls are ready on schedule, with tight coordination of power, cooling and network readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in mission-critical builds, OSHA 30, and willingness to travel between project sites. It’s a full-time on-site position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, leading mission-critical builds such as data centers or large facilities.
• Directly managed general contractors, program controls, EHS leadership and multi-site teams.
• Strong CPM, budget/cost control and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read construction documents across civil, structural, architectural and MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction across civils, structure, envelope and MEP to completion.
• Coordinate power and cooling infra installation and equipment vendors.
• Manage safety, QA/QC audits and snagging before handover.
• Track progress, manage changes, and report weekly to the Project Director.
• Hand over complete documentation and learnings to Operations.
