Job summary

Speedy Hire is seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator for an on-site role at the Balfour office in Thurnscoe. You will manage the full hire process, from order taking to delivery/collection, while producing reports and handling detailed administrative tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, independence, and proactive communication with internal teams and client representatives on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full hire process—from taking orders to arranging delivery and collection.
• Produce reports and handle detailed administrative tasks; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with stock teams, drivers, engineers and the contract team to ensure equipment is available and customers receive excellent service.
