Speedy Hire Plc. in Haydock is seeking a Hire and Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, and coordinating requests from start to finish.

This office-based, Monday to Friday role offers a structured 37.5-hour week, opportunities to contribute to business growth, and access to training and career development within a supportive Speedy network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
• Proven experience handling inbound customer calls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and make decisions.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
• A drive to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• The ability to support your business unit/team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
