In this fast-paced, office-based role, you will build lasting customer relationships, spot opportunities to support growth, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support environments.
• Proven ability to handle inbound customer calls and emails.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
