You will manage your own ledger, build positive relationships, and work with internal teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has previous credit control experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own ledger and carrying out end-to-end credit control.
• Contacting customers by telephone and email to collect outstanding payments.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Understanding individual circumstances and working with customers to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitoring outstanding balances and taking action to reduce aged debt.
• Allocating payments and maintaining accurate account records.
• Resolving queries and investigating discrepancies.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on outstanding debt.
