Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Operations Lead to responsibly manage a portfolio of site projects, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met. The role requires NEC3 framework knowledge, coordination with design and client teams, and strong leadership on site.

You will guide procurement, risk management and project reporting, while maintaining professional standards and timely delivery of all contract milestones, including final accounts and maintenance information.

Qualifications

• PM must be qualified in a related trade (mechanical, electrical, civil, building fabric, roofing).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear ability to solve problems and work with project teams.
• Experience with quotations and estimates.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects on sites.
• Ensure projects meet health, safety, quality, cost and programme standards as Principal Contractor.
• Promote client and stakeholder relationships to protect the company's reputation at project level.
• Support risk management and production of quotations and estimates.
• Coordinate with Senior Design Manager and client project managers to ensure compliance with MS18/CS06 and NEC3 delivery.
• Ensure post-completion deliverables such as final accounts and O&M information are provided on schedule.
