Qualifications

• Experience in construction or surveying environments is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word.
• 3–5 years in a similar role; tenant fit-out experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery for multiple sites and ensure high standards.
• Be the single point of contact for the Client throughout the project.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and regular site inspections.
• Manage project cash flow and appointment of external suppliers.
