Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operations Lead for on-site management of multiple projects at Barnoldswick, UK. You will ensure delivery to health, safety, quality, cost and programme standards as a Principal Contractor under CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• PM must be qualified in a related trade (mechanical, electrical, civil, building fabric, roofing)
• Experience in quotations and estimates is required
• Ability to obtain security clearance for client locations

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and health on-site across multiple projects
• Ensure projects meet contract, budget and programme requirements
• Manage NEC3 Framework Contract and related frameworks
• Coordinate with Senior Design Manager for robust designs
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships to protect project outcomes
