Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Lead to safely manage a portfolio of concurrent projects across sites. You will ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, cost, and programme requirements, acting as Principal Contractor under CDM with MS18/CSO6 standards.

You should bring trade qualifications and experience managing NEC3-based contracts, driving risk management, quotations, and stakeholder relations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multiple projects with focus on health & safety, quality, cost and programme.
• Experience preparing quotations and estimates for projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and deliver results on deadlines.
• Familiarity with NEC3 frameworks and other project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Lead health & safety on site and promote behavioural safety improvements.
• Manage projects under NEC3 Framework Contract and MS18/CS06 standards.
• Support commercial performance and develop quotations and estimates.
• Maintain client/stakeholder relationships and protect company reputation.
• Ensure delivery in line with contract programme and cost plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and direct workforce on policies and standards.
• Communicate with client project managers and consultants to maintain compliance.
• Provide knowledge/support to ensure quality and performance of works.
• Ensure post-completion deliverables like final accounts and O&M information are delivered on time.
