Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a dedicated Small Works Manager to oversee multiple minor construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects for client portfolios in the UK. You will manage end-to-end delivery from feasibility through handover, ensuring quality, schedule and budget adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing construction or maintenance projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent small works projects.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction industry standards.
• Experience with contractor procurement and management.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small works projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective actions.
• Maintain client relationships and regular site visits.
• Procure and manage contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review invoices and manage payments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CDM requirements.
• Ensure health and safety on site.
