Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is inviting applications for a Bank General Assistant - Catering to help prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents at our Cambridgeshire retirement community. You will work as part of a friendly kitchen team in a calm, well-organised environment, adhering to food hygiene standards and delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or catering environments.
• Familiar with basic food hygiene practices and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal and drink preparation following hygiene standards.
• Deliver high standard of service to residents and colleagues.
• Keep kitchens, communal areas and flats clean and tidy.
• Report faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock and use equipment safely.
• Desirable: experience in domestic or catering settings.
