Sanctuary Group is seeking a General Assistant - Catering to support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals at Doddington Court in Cambridgeshire. This 16-hour role offers a friendly kitchen environment and opportunities to contribute to residents’ dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Help prepare meals and drinks while following food hygiene standards.
• Support customers and colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.
• Keep kitchens, communal areas, and flats clean and tidy.
• Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Experience with general cleaning duties (desirable).
• Some experience in a domestic or catering environment.
• Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or willingness to work towards.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
