Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a On Board Standards Team Leader for Trans Pennine Express (TPE) at Manchester & Sheffield.

Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour.

Hours: Full Time.

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10:30pm, including weekends.

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

As an On Board Standards Team Leader, you will:

• Support the On Board Standards Manager, coaching the onboard team to deliver high customer service levels and sales targets.
• Support staff engagement through effective people management skills.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Coordinate with peers within Rail Gourmet.
