Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Omnichannel Consultant to lead strategic and hands-on omnichannel initiatives across the EU, including the UK, France and Germany.

You will manage client relationships, run workshops, and work with internal teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable impact. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong problem solving, digital expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts

Qualifications

• Experience in digital or omnichannel strategy.
• Experience leading smaller projects or workstreams with client relationships.
• Strong facilitation skills for client workshops.
• Digital-first mindset in omnichannel strategy, CX, or marketing tech.
• Experience in customer insight, research, or data-driven strategy.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings and strategy documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller client projects and accounts, defining strategies and delivering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants on larger projects, supporting research, strategic thinking and execution.
• Champion best-practice omnichannel engagement for clients and internal teams.
• Support new business growth by identifying opportunities and assisting with pitches.
• Drive omnichannel strategy across EU regions (UK, France, Germany).
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and manage client communications.
• Use insights and analytics to inform strategy and optimise performance.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and project delivery with cross-functional teams.
