JoJo Maman Bébé in the United Kingdom is looking for a friendly retail assistant to join our store team. You’ll greet customers, guide them through our maternity and children's range, and deliver a warm, helpful shopping experience.

You’ll prepare Omni-Channel orders, keep the store immaculate, learn product knowledge, and develop sales skills within a small team. A flexible, 7-days-a-week schedule and enthusiasm to delight families are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
• Competent IT skills with aptitude for learning new systems.
• Ability to learn product information and communicate effectively.
• Self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products.
• Strong listening, empathy, and ability to meet customer needs.
• Able to work harmoniously in a small team.
• Flexible schedule; stores open 7 days a week.
• Keen eye for detail to keep store immaculate.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in various situations, including maternity wear and baby carriers.
• Prepare Omni-Channel orders.
• Liaise with customers in store or by phone on Omni-Channel orders.
• Use digital learning platforms to develop knowledge and skills.
• Learn new products to increase sales opportunities.
• Listen to customers' needs and find best solutions.
• Keep store looking immaculate.
