JoJo Maman Bébé is seeking a friendly and proactive retail team member to deliver outstanding customer care. You will assist customers with maternity wear and baby products, guide purchases, and support Omni-Channel orders in a busy store environment.

The role emphasizes listening to customers, learning product details, and maintaining a welcoming store appearance. Flexible shifts and a team-focused culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service and sales experience.
• Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to learn product information and communicate this to customers clearly.
• Self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in a variety of situations, e.g. maternity wear, baby carriers, and related products.
• Prepare Omni-Channel orders (Ship from Store, Click and Collect).
• Liaise with customers in-store or by phone regarding Omni-Channel orders.
• Use learning platforms to continually develop retail knowledge and skills.
• Increase sales opportunities through understanding product knowledge.
• Listen to customers’ needs and identify the best solution.
• Keep the store clean and looking immaculate.
