Job summary

JoJo Maman Bébé is seeking a friendly retail assistant to deliver exceptional customer care in-store and across Omni-Channel channels in the UK. You’ll support customers with maternity wear and baby products, guide purchases, and maintain product knowledge to help families find the right items.

You’ll work in a small, collaborative team, participate in flexible shift patterns, and contribute to a welcoming store environment that reflects JoJo’s values and community focus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
• Competent IT skills and excellent systems ability, with an aptitude to pick up new systems quickly.
• Ability to learn and retain a high level of product information and communicate it effectively to customers.
• Self-developing mentality and a curiosity to learn new products independently.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to understand customer needs.
• Able to work harmoniously in a small team and stay flexible across store hours.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, upholding JoJo values and ethos.
• Demonstrate honesty and respect in every interaction.
• Foster collaboration and active listening with colleagues.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the role.
• Assist customers in diverse situations, from maternity wear guidance to baby carriers.
• Prepare Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers via phone or in-store.
