Job summary

VINCI through its Omexom division seeks a TOHL South Site Manager to lead safe and efficient delivery of National Grid OHL projects in the UK. You will oversee construction, refurbishment and maintenance works, ensuring compliance with National Grid standards and project specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical OHL knowledge, and proven experience working under safety frameworks and with DNOs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing National Grid and other DNO OHL projects.
• Strong understanding of OHL construction methods and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of NSI procedures and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for OHL construction, refurbishment, or maintenance works.
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and specialist resources.
• Ensure works align with National Grid policies, procedures, and technical specs.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site coordination meetings.
• Maintain safety culture compliant with Life Saving Rules and CDM regulations.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety observations; lead incident investigations.
