Job summary

Turning Point is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Service Manager to lead four supported accommodation sites for up to 30 young people across Chorley and Leyland. You will ensure inspection readiness, regulatory compliance, and a safe, person-centred environment that promotes independence and positive outcomes.

You will drive quality and safeguarding, lead teams through change, and manage budgets while building strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities to support

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager.
• Experience with young people in supported accommodation or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and statutory frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing quality, compliance and inspections.
• Strong people leadership and team development abilities.
• Clear, confident communication blending support with challenge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, safety, leadership and performance of supported accommodation services for up to 30 Young People.
• Ensure services comply with Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations and Ofsted Quality Standards.
• Lead safeguarding practice and ensure concerns are identified, recorded, reported and escalated.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, observations and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, monitor spend, agency usage and housing related income.
• Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and community agencies.
