Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to lead the quality, safety, and performance of our supported accommodation for Young People across Chorley and Leyland.

You will recruit and coach teams, ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation Regulations and Ofsted standards, and drive continuous improvement while balancing budgets and commissioning relationships.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or similar role.
• Experience with safeguarding and statutory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with England regulations and Ofsted Quality Standards.
• Lead safe, high‑quality services and inspection readiness.
• Recruit, develop and coach teams with strong induction and ongoing coaching.
• Manage budgets, referrals, move-in planning and liaison with commissioners.
