Job description

Daytime Healthcare is assisting a Children's Home in Gloucester to find a Registered Manager to join their team. This home provides care, support, and homely accommodation for children and young people with complex needs.

Role

The Registered Manager will be supported by an Assistant and Deputy Manager as part of the management team. The home typically accommodates up to two children with emotional and behavioural support needs, staffed at a 2:1 ratio.

Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities. The specific on-call arrangements vary depending on the home.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 2 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) working in residential childcare, and have held roles such as leader, deputy manager, or registered manager.
