Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a new home in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will oversee day-to-day management, safeguarding, and compliance, while steering a culture of trauma-informed, person-centred care for children with SEMH/EBD.

Relocation assistance is available. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with responsibilities including policy development, Ofsted coordination, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH/EBD children.
• Proven leadership in residential childcare.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead on statement of purpose, policies and procedures, recruitment, and Ofsted liaison.
• Register with Ofsted and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the home, ensure safeguarding and educational needs are met.
• Liaise with health providers, education, and local authorities to support young people.
