Job summary

AA Euro Group is recruiting a Registered Manager in Enfield to launch and run a new home for children aged 7–17 with EBD. You’ll lead with a focus on safeguarding, regulatory compliance and a trauma-informed approach, reporting to the RI & MD. The role offers a pathway to multi-home leadership as the company expands.

You will build a culture of excellence, oversee care delivery, audits and budgets, and recruit a dedicated team to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in children’s residential care.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensure Ofsted readiness.
• Maintain the Statement of Purpose and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee care delivery for children aged 7–17 with a trauma-informed approach.
• Recruit, train and develop the care team; manage rotas and records.
