Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee a dual-home service for young people aged 7–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Enfield, London. The role offers autonomy to build a culture of excellence with the backing of a proactive director team.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, Ofsted readiness, and a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach while leading a dedicated care team and reporting to the RI & Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in residential childcare.
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-home setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home in line with Children s Homes Regulations and the Quality Standards (2015).
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
• Ensure Ofsted readiness and strive for Outstanding rating.
• Review and maintain the Statement of Purpose regularly.
• Oversee care delivery for children aged 8–17 with EBD.
• Manage rotas, admissions, and home audits.
• Build strong relationships with professionals and local authorities.
