Job summary

OEG Energy Group is seeking several WT2 Competent Technicians for fixed-term PAYE contracts starting in February 2027 on the UK West Coast. You will work offshore on turbine operations and maintenance projects, supporting safe and efficient wind farm activities.

Candidates must hold GWO BST and BTT, GWO Enhanced First Aid, GWO Slinger Signaler, Crane & Hoist Basic User, and WTSR Core, with OGUK/ENG1 medical and fitness assessments. Additional TSWA authorisations may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid GWO BST (Working at Height, Sea Survival, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling) and GWO BTT (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic).
• Current offshore medical (e.g., OGUK/ENG1) and fitness assessments (e.g., Chester Step Test/WFA).
• Valid GWO Enhanced First Aid
• Valid GWO Slinger Signaler
• Valid GWO Crane & Hoist Basic User
• Valid WTSR Core
