Job summary

Gattaca is seeking two Authorised Technicians (ATs) for offshore operations at a wind farm in England, working on a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation. Candidates must have current nominations under Vestas Wind Turbine Safety Rules and valid GWO certifications. This role entails scheduled and unscheduled servicing, maintenance, and component replacements. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a well-established offshore wind project with a defined scope. Qualifications

• Previously nominated as an Authorised Technician under Vestas Wind Turbine Safety Rules within the last 2 years.
• Experience on Vestas V164 platform is preferred.
• Valid GWO certifications: Fire Awareness, Sea Survival, Advanced First Aid, and more.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled servicing and maintenance activities.
• Perform scheduled component replacements.
• Conduct troubleshooting and unscheduled maintenance tasks.

Authorised Technician (AT) x2 – Offshore Wind

Location: Offshore Wind Farm (SOV based)

Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off

Contract Duration: July – September

We are currently seeking two Authorised Technicians (ATs) to support offshore operations at our clients Offshore Wind Farm. Working on a 14/14 rotation from an SOV, you will play a critical role in providing system safety in line with Vestas Wind Turbine Safety Rules, while supporting service, maintenance and component replacement activities.

The successful candidates will form part of the offshore working party, ensuring all tasks are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance. Responsibilities will include scheduled servicing, scheduled component replacements, and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previously nominated as an Authorised Technician under Vestas Wind Turbine Safety Rules within the last 2 years (live testing preferred)
• Experience on Vestas V164 platform (live test preferred)
• Valid GWO certifications: Fire Awareness; Sea Survival; Advanced First Aid; Advanced Rescue; Basic Technical Training (BTT); Lift User; Offshore medical certificate; HMF crane user training
