Job summary

RES Offshore is seeking a Turbine O&M Technician to perform planned and unplanned maintenance on offshore wind assets, mainly in Fife. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise, with experience on Samsung 7MW turbines, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering or wind turbine experience.
• GWO training is desirable; full training will be given.
• Hold a full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and unplanned O&M on offshore wind assets, including minor and major corrective work.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements and client-required procedures.
