Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an O&M Technical Support Engineer - Offshore Wind to apply wind turbine expertise to offshore operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience with Vestas platforms, preferably V80/V90/V112.
• 4–7 years in technical operations, maintenance or engineering in wind energy.
• Strong fault-finding and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with technical documentation and operational tools (SCADA, SAP PM or CMMS).
• Excellent English communication; ability to work in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess and resolve technical requests from offshore wind sites using ticketing systems and data.
• Analyse recurring alarms and trends to identify platform issues.
• Support remote troubleshooting using SCADA, alarms and maintenance history.
• Create and maintain standardised technical solutions, alarm guides and work packages.
• Collaborate with site operations, engineering, asset management, OEMs and others.
• Provide input to future projects and improvement priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes.
