Job summary

Vestas Offshore Wind UK Ltd is seeking an experienced offshore operations professional to lead the safe and efficient delivery of offshore services for the Norfolk Vanguard West project. You will manage offshore technicians, direct reports and subcontractors, and coordinate workforce planning to ensure resource readiness.

You will oversee maintenance, asset uptime, and data reporting, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the shift.

Qualifications

• Completed electrical or mechanical degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical/mechanical systems, offshore preferred.
• Experience supervising teams on offshore service operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and efficient offshore operations during shift.
• Lead and support offshore technicians, direct reports and subcontractors.
• Coordinate workforce planning with Planning and Dispatch teams.
• Oversee maintenance and operational activities to maximise turbine performance.
• Maintain operational data and support reporting and contingency planning.
• Promote strong safety culture through toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
