Qualifications

• A formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience as a Site Manager in the wind industry offshore during construction or O&M is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all construction process aspects.
• Familiarity with process safety standards and local legislation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Structured, analytical approach with ability to manage complex operations.
• Focused, achievement-oriented with safety commitment.
• Advanced analytical skills to balance priorities and workloads.
• Leadership and people management capabilities to empower teams.

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee offshore construction sites with emphasis on safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor all construction activities for safety and quality compliance.
• Plan and allocate resources in line with project schedules, including marine ops.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel for smooth execution.
• Track daily progress to meet contractual performance and resolve issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the construction phase.
• Ensure high-quality construction practices and accurate cost planning.
