Generation UK is seeking a maintenance team lead to convert site plans into safe, daily and weekly execution. You will coordinate people, vessels, tools, materials and contractors to keep offshore wind assets performing reliably.

You will coach technicians, provide visible safety leadership, manage work packages, and ensure SAP reporting accuracy. The role emphasizes operating readiness, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in safety-critical environments.
• Understanding safe systems of work and safety leadership.
• Ability to coordinate complex operational activities and priorities.
• Strong communication with technicians, planners, engineers and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, effective execution and closure of planned and corrective maintenance.
• Provide frontline offshore safety leadership, ensuring work follows safe systems and safety rules.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians with clear objectives and feedback.
• Coordinate work packages, people, vessels, tools, materials, and contractors; pre-job briefings.
• Monitor daily/weekly execution, backlog, downtime, and corrective actions; escalate risks.
• Ensure accurate work management and SAP reporting with Planning, Engineering, and Remote Diagnostics.
